Todd Leopold — not seen here — is an award-winning writer and producer, most notably at CNN, where he spent 16 years as a section editor and long-form scribbler.

He has interviewed Barack Obama and Kermit the Frog, questioned American Exceptionalism and visited Disaster City, bantered with the Usual Gang of Idiots and been accused of being one (an idiot, that is).  Until 2017, on Sunday nights you could find him hosting Team Trivia at an Atlanta bar, indulging in his fantasy of being a game-show emcee. (His own experiences as a contestant resulted in some nice parting gifts.)

He now lives in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. He continues to free-lance for such sites as Goodreads and WebMD.

He is married to Sarah, a history professor, and is owned by two cats, Oscar (above) and Mulligan.
